As all items are handcrafted to order they might differ slightly from the picture displayed.

JEWELLERY CARE

Store in original box / bag. Polish frequently with a soft dry cloth, avoid contact with perfume, chemicals and deodorant and to keep the condition of your jewellery always remove when showering and swimming.

REFUNDS

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us so if you are not entirely satisfied with your jewellery purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us for return details within seven days of receipt of your purchase. Your money will be refunded less the postage and packing and we would advise you to return the goods registered post as we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage items. The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were supplied to you. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings.
